CR7 decides, Al-Nassr beats Al-Khaleej and goes to the final of the Saudi King’s Cup
Al-Nassr is in the final of the Saudi King’s Cup. With two goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo, the team led by Luís Castro beat Al-Khaleej 3-1, in a single game, valid for the semi-final of the competition, at Al-Awwal Stadium, in Saudi Arabia. The other goal for the yellow team was scored by the Senegalese striker, Sadio Mané, ex-Liverpool – Al-Torais scored.
The game was marked by complete and absolute dominance by Al-Nassr. Technically better, the team led by Luís Castro, former Botafogo coach, and starring names like Cristiano Ronaldo, Mané, Otávio and Ospina won easily, as they knew how to take advantage of the best chances created.
With two goals scored in the first half, by CR7 and Mané, it was up to Al-Nassr to manage the result in additional time.
Al-Nassr’s opponent in the final of the Saudi King’s Cup will be Al-Hilal, virtual champion of the Saudi Championship, current champion of the Saudi Super Cup and who beat Al-Ittihad this Tuesday (30) . The clash will mark the confrontation between coaches Jorge Jesus, ex-Flamengo, and Luís Castro, ex-Botafogo.
