Former Arsenal and Barcelona player signs with Saudi Arabian club

Al-Qadsiah announced on Thursday morning (18) the signing of experienced striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, 35 years old. The Gabonese player signed a contract until 2026.

The striker will be teammates with Belgian goalkeeper Koen Casteels and Spanish defender Nacho Fernández.

The team, led by Spaniard Míchel, finished last season as champions of the Saudi second division. The team will therefore return to the Saudi Pro League after three seasons.

The Gabonese player joins the hall of Saudi football’s top signings alongside goalkeeper Bento, defender Nacho and French/Algerian Houssem Aouar.
